Q: Do I get that on CD?
A: NovaMind is distributed as an electronic download
product, but we also make it available as an eCD.
This is optional, and needs to be checked during
purchase.
Q: What is an eCD?
A: An eCD is a CD that is created on demand and shipped to
you - it contains the NovaMind program, the Branch
Proposal System, all the graphics libraries, and
the example Mind Maps from our Gallery.
Q: How long does it take for delivery?
A: You will receive the license key by email immediately
the purchase is completed. Just enter the license key
into NovaMind and you will be up and running. If you
order an eCD, it may take up to 10 days to be delivered
depending on where you live.
Q: What is your update policy?
A: All minor update releases (which often include significant
feature enhancements too) are free. There is a small
charge for major version updates.
Q: Will I get a receipt?
A: You will get an electronic receipt emailed to you, and
if you purchase from our web store, there is also a
receipt displayed on your browser which you can print.
